The privacy and security of your personal data is very important to us. We would therefore like to inform you here about our data protection measures on our website.
We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).

When you visit our website, your IP address and the start and end of the session are recorded for the duration of this session. This is for technical reasons and therefore represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Unless otherwise stated below, we will not further process this data.

Contact us

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored for two years or as long as it is necessary to provide our services in order to process your request. We store business-related data in accordance with the statutory retention periods. We do not pass on this data without your knowledge and consent.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Cookies

Our website does not use cookies.
Data is not stored for the purpose of traceability within the framework of cookies.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.

  • Browser type and version

  • operating system used

  • Referrer URL

  • Hostname of the accessing computer

  • Time of server request

  • IP address

Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Data that needs to be stored for evidentiary purposes is exempt from deletion until the respective incident has been finally resolved.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection with regard to the data we store about you. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us (michaelkiel@aon.at) or to the data protection authority.
