After graduating with a degree in engineering (FH Lemgo), I gained 34 years of leadership experience in top management positions in medium-sized companies and corporations in Germany and Austria. Alongside my professional work, I spent five years as a DQS auditor, certifying various companies across Europe. I have demonstrated my broad expertise on numerous occasions as CEO, COO, project manager, and plant manager.
