Approach to leadership & personal strengths

  • Developing people and strengthening teams: My leadership style is performance-oriented; I nurture individual strengths and work with my managers to build high-performing teams. Trust, personal responsibility and clear objectives form the basis for this.

  • Thinking strategically – implementing consistently: I combine strategic work at executive level with a strong hands-on approach. For me, it is not just the right strategy that matters, but its swift and effective implementation in day-to-day operations.

  • Making decisions in a structured and transparent manner: My leadership style is characterised by clear processes, transparent decision-making and open communication. Even in difficult situations, I take responsibility and provide direction.

  • Conveying composure and confidence: Change and challenging situations are part of everyday management. With experience, trust, strong communication skills and a healthy sense of humour, I create stability and motivation.

  • Embedding change sustainably: Transformation can only succeed with a clear organisational structure, well-defined responsibilities and the involvement of staff. My aim is not only to initiate improvements, but to establish them permanently within the organisation.
