My task

Analysis of the contradictory situation. Creation of sustainable processes to ensure delivery performance. Regular assessment of delivery reliability.

Separation of tasks in material provision and assembly capacity. Creation of an SCM process. Development of a digital twin for order processing. Introduction of standard delivery time to avoid misunderstandings
